Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Supimpons mobile application (the "App") or accessing supimpons.com.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Supimpons, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
02 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Supimpons grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.
03 Intellectual Property
All app branding, design, UI elements, software code, and pre-packaged dictionary/vocabulary content provided by Supimpons are the intellectual property of Supimpons and its licensors.
You retain all rights to any personal study notes or custom vocabulary lists you create inside the App.
04 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App (except where permitted by applicable law).
- Use the App to distribute malware, violate any local or international regulations, or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
- Attempt to bypass any security restrictions, digital rights management, or licensing safeguards in the App.
05 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of linguistic content. Language learning results may vary.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supimpons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or educational progress arising from your access to or inability to use the App.
07 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate support for the App or modify features at our discretion. You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting all copies.
08 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
